I actually experienced my very first yoga class tonight.. i found it very difficult to concentrate on my breathing and meditation as my body has slowly formed into a pretzel.. and during this i couldn't get you out of my head.. my teacher is repeatedly telling us to think of nothing but our breathing.. and all im thinking about is you,,lol.. i was understanding your passion for this incredible spirit lifting exercise.... i am in love!!!..
